Parties Involved
In this agreement, "Peak Plunges," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Polar Bear Plunges, LLC DBA Peak Plunges. "You," "the Buyer," or "your" refers to the individual who electronically or manually signs this Agreement or clicks "I Agree."
Limited Warranty Details
Residential Use: PEAK Plunge products come with a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty excludes wear and tear and is void if used in a commercial setting. The warranty period begins upon the product's delivery as per the common carrier’s tracking information.
Commercial Use: PEAK Plunge products also carry a 1-year limited warranty. Wear and tear is excluded. The Buyer must purchase the "commercial" product for the warranty to apply. The warranty period starts upon the product's delivery according to the common carrier’s tracking information.
Non-Transferable
Any limited warranty provided is strictly non-transferable.
What We Cover
At our discretion, we will provide free repair or replacement of any defective product or component that has been installed, used, and serviced normally within the specified warranty period. If a replacement is necessary, we may opt to send a refurbished product of equal or better aesthetic condition and like-new functionality. The repaired or replaced product will retain the remainder of the manufacturer warranty.
Your Responsibilities
To initiate a warranty claim, you must submit a claim within the 1-year warranty period. Claims should be sent to info@peakplunges.com and include a description of the issue, the original order number, and proof of purchase. If necessary, we may request that the affected product be packaged and shipped back to us to facilitate repair or replacement. Please ensure proper packaging to minimize shipping damage; we are not liable for damages due to improper packaging upon receipt.
Exclusions
The limited warranty does not cover wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to discoloration of the Tub or Chiller, deterioration of o-rings and gaskets, etc. Routine maintenance, as outlined in our maintenance instructions, is essential for proper product functionality. Neglecting routine maintenance, using non-OEM parts, or introducing excessive dirt, sand, or debris into the water may void the warranty.
